I purchased a unit and I am missing a part. How can I get the part?

Please contact us at 1-800-298-8800, extension 205, or email customercare@watertechcorp.com and provide us with your first and last name, phone number, address, the name of the unit, the part(s) you are missing, and a picture of your receipt when you purchased the vacuum. We will process an order to send you the part(s), as long as you are still within the 90-day warranty for parts.
